Victoria Green LMHC

A woman with dark hair, glasses, and a white sweater is sitting on a white and gold modern bench in a minimalist room. She is holding her knee and smiling. There are two books and a vase with white roses and green leaves on the table beside her. She wears beige trousers and black high-heeled sandals with an ankle strap, showing a tattoo on her foot. The room has light-colored wood floors, a white rug, and neutral-colored walls.

Victoria is a mental health therapist rooted in her Afro‑Latina heritage, guided by a calling to help women rise. My work is born from lived experience, clinical wisdom, and a deep reverence for the resilience of women who have carried more than their share of pain. I support those healing from complex PTSD, generational wounds, narcissistic abuse, and the quiet heartbreak of emotional harm in romantic relationships.

I believe healing is a sacred unfolding: a return to yourself. In our work together, you are met with softness, safety, and space to breathe. You are invited to lay down what has been heavy, to speak what has been silenced, and to rediscover the strength that has always lived within you.

My approach is holistic and integrative, weaving evidence‑based practices with intuitive understanding of how trauma touches the mind, body, and spirit. We move gently but intentionally, tracing your story back to its roots so you can reclaim your voice, your truth, and your power.

I am passionate about helping women remember their worth and reconnect with their divine feminine energy. that quiet, radiant force that shapes intuition, softness, sensuality, and self‑trust. I believe every woman carries an inner light that, once nurtured, transforms her relationships, her choices, and the way she inhabits her life.

Whether you are healing from past wounds or stepping into a more authentic version of yourself, I am honored to walk beside you. Together, we will create space for clarity, courage, and deep self‑love. Together, we will call you back home to your essence.
