Insurance

Being an out of network provider, I do not accept insurance.  You may be reimbursed by your insurance company by submitting a receipt for services provided. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

· Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

· Does my insurance company accept receipts from an out of network provider?

· What is my deductible and has it been met?

· How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

· What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

· Is approval required from my primary care physician?

FAIR PLAY METHOD COACHING

Are you drowning in the work of running a home and a life and don’t know how to get out of the cycle of never-enough-time?

Are you finding that resentment is building in your relationship because you’re shouldering so many of the responsibilities?

Are you frustrated that you can never find time for the things that give you life because you’re too busy doing everything else?

Overwhelmed, exhausted, and tired of carrying all the weight?

Fair Play can help

Fair Play outlines a system for how to divide up household tasks fairly, based on your needs.

The Fair Play Method is an approach to our parenting, partnering and professional lives that helps couples thoughtfully rebalance the invisible labor in the home with the goal of reducing chaos, strengthening connection, and creating space for individual pursuits.

Did the trash get taken out? Do we have enough trash bags? Tomorrow is trash day. Does everyone have clean clothes to wear? Do the kids’ clothes still fit them? It’s a change of season, I need to go shopping. Are the cleaning supplies stocked? Do we have toilet paper? Paper towels? Does my partner have body wash/shampoo? Is it time to buy flea and tick for the dogs? What’s on the calendar? What is my work schedule for the week? What family events are happening? Are there any birthdays? Do we need to buy presents for anyone? What’s the meal plan this week? When will I go grocery shopping? Does anything need to be restocked in the pantry? I need to remember to clean out the fridge. The car also needs an oil change. We haven’t had a date night in a while, I should probably get one scheduled. I’ll also need to check in and make sure no other events are overlapping. And make a reservation for dinner. And on and on it goes.

It’s all a little easier said than done right? With coaching for individuals or couples, I guide you step-by-step through The Fair Play Method. We’ll talk about your family’s specific needs and how to make Fair Play work for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
